What is the DDC?

The .NET Developer Conference (DDC) is one of the leading conferences for Microsoft .NET technologies in German-speaking countries. It takes place annually and provides in-depth practical knowledge in lectures and workshops over four days. Since 2011, around 400 participants have attended the DDC each year to learn about the latest .NET technologies, software architecture, cloud, AI, and more.

When and where will the next DDC take place?

The next DDC will take place from November 24 to 27, 2025, at the Pullman Cologne Hotel in Cologne. The address is Helenenstraße 14, 50667 Cologne, Germany.

Who is the event aimed at?

The DDC is aimed at developers, architects, project managers, IT decision-makers, and anyone who works intensively with .NET and related technologies - from rookies to experienced professionals.

What ticket options are available?

The following ticket formats are available:

Are there any early bird discounts?

Yes, there are early bird discounts for all ticket types at certain times. Details can be found in the Ticketshop.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, tickets can be transferred free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the event - please contact us via email.

What is included in my ticket?

  • Conference materials (slides – provided by the speakers)

Program & Content

What does the DDC program look like?

The DDC offers the following formats over four days:

  • Workshops (November 24) – full day, hands-on

  • Conference (November 25–26) – parallel lecture series

  • DevSessions (November 27) – 4-hour deep dives in small groups – mornings AND afternoons

The full program will be published a few months before the event.

The DDC offers content on topics including:

In which language are the lectures held?

The majority of sessions will be held in German. Presentations by international speakers will be held in English and marked accordingly in the program.

Will the presentation materials be available afterwards?

Yes, the vast majority of slides from the conference sessions will be made available to participants afterwards. We are doing everything we can to ensure that the materials for all presentations are provided by the speakers. This will allow you to review the conference at your leisure.

How do I get to the venue?

The DDC will take place at the Pullman Cologne Hotel, centrally located in downtown Cologne.

Arrival by train and public transport:

The event location is only about 1.5 km from Cologne Central Station. Take the tram or bus to “Friesenplatz” or “Appellhofplatz.”

There are good ICE connections from all over Germany to Cologne Central Station or Cologne Messe/Deutz Central Station.

We are always working on a partnership with Deutsche Bahn. This will allow you to enjoy discounted event tickets in good time. You will find the details on this page as soon as everything is finalized.

Arrival by car:

Address for your navigation system: Pullman Cologne Hotel, Helenenstraße 14, 50667 Cologne. There is a paid underground car park directly at the hotel.

Cologne low emission zone: Please note the environmental sticker ("Umweltplakette").

Arrival by plane:

Cologne/Bonn Airport is easily accessible from most airports. From Cologne/Bonn Airport, it takes approximately 20–30 minutes to reach the event location by S-Bahn or taxi.

Are there parking spaces at the venue?

Yes, the hotel has an underground car park (subject to a charge).

Are there any hotel recommendations or special conference rates?

Conference rates or special hotel allotments have not yet been officially confirmed. We recommend booking independently through platforms such as Booking.com or HRS. There are numerous hotels of various categories in the immediate vicinity.

During the event

Is there WiFi at the venue?

Yes, free WiFi is available to all participants. You will receive the access data on site when registering.

What meals are included?

For each of the booked conference days: lunch, coffee, tea, cold drinks, and snacks during breaks. Networking event with buffet on the first conference day. Drinks on the second conference day.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, an unattended cloakroom is available.

Is the event barrier-free?

Yes, the Pullman Cologne Hotel is barrier-free. If you have any special requirements, please contact the event team in advance.

After the event

Will I receive a certificate of participation?

Yes, all participants will receive a digital certificate of participation by email a few days after the event.

How can I view the presentation slides?

All approved slides will be made available via the participant portal approximately two weeks after the event. You will receive your login details by email.

Can I provide feedback on the event?

We would love to hear from you! After the conference, you will receive a link to our feedback form.

Absolutely! The DDC is known for its community spirit. Networking opportunities include:

Speakers & Sponsorship

How do I become a speaker at the next DDC?

If you would like to participate in the DDC as a speaker, please contact us. We will add you to our speaker list. As soon as the call for speakers begins, we will provide you with all the necessary information. Once the call for speakers has ended, the track chairs of the Advisory Board will evaluate all submissions and select the conference presentations and workshops. Regardless of whether you have been selected or not, we will inform you of the result in a timely manner.
